Solar power from our own roof
Our solar system supplies power for the warehouse, conveyor belt and office. What we don't need ourselves goes into the grid.
Two warehouses, short routes
One warehouse in Switzerland, one in Germany: your customers are supplied from within their own country – no parcel has to cross the border individually.
Carbon-neutral shipping
Our shipments go through our carriers' climate programmes. The emissions are offset at no extra cost to you.
Organic-certified warehouses
We store and ship organic food and organic products in line with the applicable organic regulations – segregated and traceable.
Refurbish returns instead of destroying them
We inspect returns and refurbish the goods. That way, as little as possible ends up as waste.
Right-sized packaging
Box sizes that fit the contents, paper void fill and, on request, your reusable or recycled packaging.
Consolidated transport
We consolidate transport between the warehouses and pallet deliveries so that no truck runs half empty.
Rooted in the region
Team, suppliers and partners from the Lake Constance region – short routes beyond the parcels, too.

Delivery notes, customs documents and returns are handled digitally via the customer dashboard.

Is shipping really carbon-neutral?
Our shipments go through our carriers' climate programmes, which offset the transport emissions. This comes at no extra cost to you. Where possible, we avoid emissions first – with local warehouses and consolidated transport.
Where does the warehouse's electricity come from?
From the solar system on the warehouse roof. We feed surplus into the grid and draw the rest from the public grid.
What happens to returns?
We inspect every return and refurbish the goods so they can be sold again. Only what is no longer saleable is disposed of properly – according to your specifications.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes. Many customers bring recycled or reusable packaging. We pack with it according to your specifications.
What does organic-certified mean for me?
You can sell organic food and organic products through our warehouses without needing your own certification for the logistics. Storage, handling and shipping meet the applicable organic regulations.
