What does it cost me?
You pay shipping costs at our contract rates plus a service fee per label created. You’ll receive your specific rates with our quote.
From how many shipments is this possible?
From 50 shipments per month. Up to 100 shipments per month it works with prepaid credit; from 100 shipments per month, invoicing is also available.
How does prepaid credit work?
You top up a credit balance from which shipping costs and service fees are deducted per label. When it runs low, simply top up again.
Do I need to book fulfillment with fultastic?
No. The shipping rates are a standalone service – you keep shipping from your own warehouse.
How do I create shipping labels?
Via the interface we provide. Together we’ll work out how best to connect it to your shop or system.
